Kelly Shoppach (shin) and Mike Aviles (turn toe), both of whom had been sidelined by injuries recently, are back in the Red Sox lineup on Friday against the Twins. With left-hander Brian Duensing on the mound for Minnesota, the Red Sox will also feature Ryan Lavarnway at designated hitter, with Jarrod Saltalamacchia sitting.
