Police Arrest Artist Takeshi Miyakawa, Thinking Tribute Was Fake Bomb
The artist Takeshi Miyakawa was arrested in Brooklyn after his message to the city ? illuminated plastic bags stamped with ?I Love New York? ? prompted someone to call the bomb squad.
