Arrested Iowa man had zebra in back seat and parrot on shoulder
A zebra, a parrot and their owner are in the dog house for trying to get into the Dog House? Jerald Reiter had his pets with him when he was arrested for drunk driving outside the Dog House Lounge in Dubuque, Iowa.
