Grieving widow �stalked� hospital boss for six months because she blamed her for the death of her husband
Margaret Harvey, pictured, harassed the hospital chief executive as she says it's her fault her husband died. As well as late-night calls and stalking her Harvey hired a PI to track her whereabouts.
